CSPNet - Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (Updated 09/18/2025)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, connecting, or using CSPNet or the Community Phone System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms govern your use of CSPNet or CSP Community PBX.

2. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use any of our services whether it is for CSPNet, or the Community Phone System.

You must also:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify CSP Technologies immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the PBX.

3. Call recording and monitoring

CSP Technologies PROHIBIT the recording or monitoring of any calls without the explicit consent of all parties involved. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of service and legal action. This policies apply to Both CSPNet (Asterisk Switching Network) and CSP Community PBX. Our administration will not record calls, monitor/listen in unless it is announced. If you believe that your privacy has been breached, IMMEDIATLY dial 277-1111 to report this incident.

4. Prohibited Activities

For your safety and others safety, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using CSPNet or the Community Phone System:

• Harassment, abuse, or bullying to others.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
• Using the service for illegal activities.

Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

5. Arbitration Clause

A new section (Section 14) requires legal disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration, not a traditional court lawsuit. This means you are waiving your right to a jury trial for disputes with CSP Technologies. This Service is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk.

6. Termination of Service

CSP Technologies reserves the right to terminate your access to any of our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. If we provided you software or any modified firmware, we may disable your access to those software at any time through any means.

7. Modifications of these terms

CSP Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
